I started my own home based business, and it has really grown and taken off. I sell hair accessories for girls?
I want to expand my business, by allowing direct sales reps to sell, and have home parties. I am not sure how to go about doing this. I have my website, and products, etc, but what do I need to set up to start a direct sales part of my business? Do I need a catalog of some type, or just in stock products? How do I detemine benefits that representatives will get? Help
