poll: backpack, messenger bag or tote for school?

personally, i like messenger bags. but i’ve heard that the strap on the messenger bag would kind of seperate your boobs or something…since the strap is in between your boobs. i don’t know if its right, thats what my friend told me. so now idk.
which is best for school, in your opinion: a backpack, messenger bag or a tote or purse on the shoulder?
btw: i’m a going to be a junior in h.s.
ladies> what do you perfer to use and why?
and guys: if your answering> which do you reckon is best for a girl?
please help. please&thanks

backpack.
I found that in highschool, anything else just didn’t carry enough stuff. in university I use a laptop bag, but that’s really all I need. back in highschool, though, I wore a backpack but only one strap so it could slide on and off easily.
and I agree with you on the boob squishage, so you should ideally go with a backpack or at least a huge purse-type bag.
messenger bags look dorky and unless if you are going to be hauling a laptop around, i would say no go. Backpack is so last season, so your best bet is a cute tote bag you can usually fit text books in them, and carry your binder i sometimes would carry my wallet in my tote, but sometimes my outfit really called for a seperate purse so i would carry both sometimes.
ok unless you mean that it will permanently make your boobs more separated, that’s kinda impossible. i used to use backpacks and messenger bags. personally, i like using totes cause its super fashionable and i have many so i can mix and match. but now that im going to college i might have to switch back to backpacks b/c of the amount of materials. thats the drawback of totes, there is limited room.
u sould go wit mesenger bag girl dont u know the style now its mesenger bag
When your friend said that, she was being honest…the strap that goes diagonally across your torso does sometimes look a bit on girls because it sits in between your boobs and just makes them look weird haha. You could try one on and see how it fits, though.
A backpack is probably the most sensible if you’re going to be carrying around school books. That way you have the option of using both shoulders to support the weight…using one shoulder can sometimes end up being quite painful and terrible for your back.
A tote is fine, apart, of course, from the fact that it’s only on the one shoulder. It realls depends how much you’re carrying and how long you’ll be carrying it for! I don’t imagine a tote can hold very much, though…
Overall, I believe the backpack would be the most wise investment.
Well I know I like tote’s but I dunno it’s basically your choice! I’m certainly going to use one this year cause carrying a backpack gets to be way too heavy! I’m also going to be a junior in High school!
Well, as a guy, it’s hard not to want to see a girl separating her boobs. But now that that’s been said. . .
I say backpack. I myself have tried every kind of carry-all there is. I’ve even tried using those small packs for girls, which was a mistake. I’d go with a excellent ol’ solid, regular-sized backpack. You zip it up, it holds all of your stuff, and you can throw it around. Practical. And it won’t separate your boobs.
The other bags you described are open or open too easily. Your stuff falls out. It’s a pain.
Really, you need this item to keep your possessions all together. That’s the vital thing. Fasion is nice, but reckon ahead to the middle of the semester when you just don’t care anymore. You’re racing between classes, you’re jumping in the back of your friend’s car, you’re racing out of the house to catch the bus. A excellent sturdy backpack is your friend. It’s timeless. You’ll use it. Your kids will use it. Your parents used it.
(And get the kind with lots of pockets and hideaways. They’re fantastic!)
a tote bag would be too straining on either shoulder, and would probably cause problems in the long run if you carry many books in it. it would be excellent on days when you don’t have lessons though.
as for the messenger bag, it’s too straining for me (tight and sometimes makes it hard to breathe). i personally don’t like it haha.
so, a backpack would be the ideal type of bag for school! practical and simple to carry.
but if you’re looking for trendiness, a tote would do.
Yeah messenger bags do separate your boobs and it’s not very flattering. And I personally reckon they look kinda weird and dorky.
I like tote bags, that’s what I take to my school but that’s only cos I don’t have too many books to carry and they also look more chic and fashionable.
And I don’t mind backpacks either cos they are ideal is you have a heavy load .
I prefer backpacks, that way when carrying a heavy load of books, it evenly distributes the weight. As a matter of fact, the only backpack I use is Jansport. They have top notch stuff. I had brought a Jansport backpack in 9th grade and used it up until I graduated from college nd never had a tear, or any problems. It was still excellent as new so I just gave it to someone else.
I do like messenger bags but that’s just too much weight on that one strap. I never heard of it separating your boobs. That’s a small crazy. It may make them look separated when you were the strap across your chest but It doesn’t really separate them.
Hope this helps.
tote or purse
i personally would just go with a purse and then just carry your binder to school. thats what i did in high school.
and yes it seperates your boobs so stay away from messenger bags
i still reckon that a backpack is the best to use , and im a senior in college. I like that with a backpack , its simpler on my back than carrying a tote or a messenger bag . I like totes also , but its simpler to carry a backpack , especially when you are carrying the # of textbooks and other stuff I carry – including my laptop
