Is it alright to wear a white handbag in the winter? On vacation in Florida in February?
I like this white handbag and want to get it, but it will snow here soon and I was wondering if black may be better? I’ve never been a fan of black handbags, there’s just something too dramatic about them for me.

Florida is a warm state and you can wear white!
No white after Labor Day is a LONG outdated thought. You can use and wear pretty much anything in any color — especially in Florida!
Whoever makes those types of fashion rules obviously isn’t fashion savvy. It’s is absolutely okay to carry any bag that you like when you want to. If you have something that looks fantastic with your outfit and is your arm piece, then by all means carry it. I’m sure it will look fabulous!!!

yes of couse its ok to wear a white handbag just make sure that you mix it with a different colour, black and white is in this season, but pastel colours will go to!

NO it is not stupid, in fact that ancient fashion faux pau went out in the last few years…Some of the fantastic designer, Maxx of New York, Kathy VanZeeland are making purses for winter in white because just because the seasons change has nothing to do with what we like or want to where. Places like FL there is not a time when they ever stopped wearing white that I am aware.So, you take that purse you like and where it with your head held hight and have a fantastic time in Florida!

Ancient miss manners will tut, but white in the winter can look exciting. That being said, if you’re going to Florida it’s always pretty warm there, so you can probably throw the labour day rules out the window. Where I stayed, a golf shirt was dressing up.

of course you can wear white. even if you werent in florida you can wear white in winter hence the term ‘winter white’.the no white after labor day is so outdated.
I lived in Naples Fl. for a few years and I found that most of the snow birds follow the dress code no matter what part of the country your in, But If I were you I would do what I want as long as it fits in. Whatever makes you pleased, go for it but I would leave the all white back home and try to mix things up a bit. I may be really incorrect about this as I’m a mere man. Remember one very vital thing Place on your pleased face and smile, smile.smile…..
you can wear whatever color purse u like .. ur sapossed to wear dark colors for winter and light / bright colors for summer .. but not many ppl go by that .. it dosn’t matter .. have fun with wat u wanna wear !
