I go over last weeks QOTW on whether or not Purses should be up held or redistributed if a fighter “Tanks” it. I take on the new QOTW and pose the real question: Is Klitschko the most dominant fighter out there today? Is his reign upon us? When will we ever give him his props? I campare his dominance to Pacquiao’s and question for anything that might deny Klitschko of his greatness.
